02Quotes and services

Information on this site is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the details you supply and is subject to change if load details, routes, permits or market conditions change.

Transportation services are performed under a separate written agreement, rate confirmation or bill of lading. If those documents conflict with anything on this website, the signed documents control.

03Your responsibilities

When you request a quote or book a load, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the freight, including true dimensions, weight, value and any hazardous or regulated characteristics. Misstated load details can affect pricing, permits, routing and safety, and may result in additional charges or refusal of the load.

04Permits, escorts and routing

For oversize and overweight loads, we arrange required state permits and pilot car or escort services as part of the quoted scope. Final routes and travel windows are set by permit conditions and state regulations and may change schedules.

05Intellectual property

The text, photos, video, logos and design on this site belong to Heavy Haul Enterprise LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
